You're missing the dialogue for it. See if you can find a game_strings.json from the Frozen Party. If you find one, upload it. That should fix the error.

It's a bug with Flash Player. If you downgraded Flash Player to fix it, it does not count as a valid fix. Downgrading is insecure.

All I remember were the badges that were given out to people, for example if a person was experienced in something there'd be a badge for it.
